Article 11 The application for food production license shall be made in accordance with the following food categories: processed grains, edible oils, fats and oils and their products, spices, meat products, dairy products, beverages, convenience foods, cookies, canned goods, frozen beverages, quick-frozen foods, potatoes and puffed foods, confectionery products, tea and related products, alcoholic beverages, vegetable products, fruit products, fried foods and nut products. Egg products, cocoa and roasted coffee products, sugar, aquatic products, starch and starch products, pastries, soybean products, bee products, health food, food formulated for special medical purposes, infant formulae, special dietary foods, and other foods.
The State Food and Drug Administration can adjust the food categories according to the needs of supervision and management.
Article XII of the application for food production license, shall meet the following conditions:

(ii) with the production of food varieties, the number of production equipment or facilities, there are appropriate disinfection, dressing, washing, lighting, lighting, ventilation, antiseptic, dust, fly, rodent, insect, washing, and treatment of wastewater, storage of garbage and waste equipment or facilities; health food production process with raw material extraction, purification and other pre-treatment processes, the need to have and production of Species, the number of raw materials appropriate pre-treatment equipment or facilities.
(C) full-time or part-time food safety management personnel and ensure food safety regulations.

Article XIII of the application for food production license shall be submitted to the applicant's local food and drug supervision and management department at or above the county level to submit the following materials:
(A) application for food production license;
(B) a copy of the business license;
(C) food production and processing premises and their surroundings plan, the layout of each functional area layout plan, Layout of process equipment and food production process flow diagram;
(4) food production equipment, facilities list;
(5) purchase inspection records, production process control, factory inspection records, food safety self-inspection, health management of employees, unsafe food recall, food safety accidents, and other rules and regulations to ensure food safety.
Applicants entrusted to others for food production permit application, the agent shall submit a power of attorney and the agent's identity documents.
