The three-month training life has come to an end in a flash, and I have gained a lot, so I feel that time flies. I have benefited a lot from the harvest during the period and will benefit for life. After coming to Tianjin People's Hospital, I entered the endoscopy center to study ERCP and its related diagnosis and treatment technology, during which I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital and the department, respect for teachers, solidarity with colleagues, strict self-discipline, and concern for the patient's requirements and pain. I tried my best to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, summarized my learning methods and clinical experience, and cultivated my potential for independent thinking and problem solving. The following points are my deepest and most rewarding experiences during my training period:
I. Humanized Management Mode:
All the medical and nursing staffs of the Endoscopy Center are a good collaborative team under the leadership of Director Li Wen, and there is a harmonious relationship among the colleagues, which makes the trainee physicians feel warm even if they have just come to enter the team. Director Li's most common saying is that trainees should not treat themselves as outsiders, we treat you as our own. He often reminds the trainee doctors to pay attention to the concept of asepsis, radiation protection and other details, so during the operation, the surgeon, assistants, surgical nurses, anesthesiologists, imaging physicians and trainee doctors have their own roles, but also to assist each other, from the pre-operative preparation to the post-operative anesthesia of the patient resuscitation in a well-organized manner, to ensure the quality of the operation and the safety of patients is of paramount importance.
Second, advanced equipment and high technical level:
The endoscopy center ERCP operating room is well-equipped and reasonably equipped. Endoscopes, a variety of monitoring equipment, suction, oxygen supply equipment placed in a reasonable manner, accessories such as catheters, guide wires, incision knife, stone extraction basket, lithotripter, stone extraction airbag, nasal bile ducts, stents, biopsy forceps, etc. are fully equipped and placed in a fixed position, the use of which is easy to use. In addition, what is more important is that the surgical team led by director Li Wen has excellent skills, and can perfectly deal with obstructive jaundice of unknown cause, suspected extrahepatic biliary obstruction, suspected biliary diseases such as stones, tumors, sclerosing cholangitis and other diagnostic uncertainties, suspected congenital biliary anomalies or recurrence of gallbladder symptoms, pancreatic diseases: pancreatic tumors, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cysts, etc., and particularly The patient has a unique level of prevention of postoperative complications.
Three, rigorous work style:
The new trainee doctors are taught by teachers to understand the environment of the endoscopy center and the storage place of all kinds of items, to master the use of each equipment and precautions, to communicate with the patient's skills and precautions, to strictly aseptic concepts, and to improve the technical level of the subordinate doctors through the surgical demonstration, lectures and other ways.
After 3 months of training, I have learned the intubation techniques and precautions of ERCP, and familiarized myself with the indications and contraindications of ERCP and the management of postoperative complications. I have completed the study tasks of further training well, and no medical errors or medical accidents have occurred. After the end of the training, I will continue to work hard, keep learning, and put what I have learned into the work of wholeheartedly serving patients.
