What's the difference between CMA California CNAS?

CMA is China Metrology Certification, CAL is Quality Supervision and Inspection Agency Certification, CNAS is China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment. The main differences are as follows:

CMA is based on Article 22 of Metrology Law; CAL is based on Article 19 of Standardization Law and Article 19 of Product Quality Law; CNAS is based on GB/T27025-2008 (equivalent to ISO/IEC 17025:2005).
