How to correctly install an air source heat pump?

The air source heat pump is the fourth generation water heater. Its power consumption is 1/4 of that of ordinary electric water heaters. It is safe to use and is widely used in home life. Today, the editor of Play House will share with you The installation steps and methods of air source heat pumps are provided for your reference when installing air source heat pumps.

1. Host installation

1. Do not install it in a place with high-frequency facilities, so as not to affect the normal use of the control function;

2. Do not install it in a place with high-frequency facilities. In places with oil fumes, prevent the oil fumes from adhering to the fins of the air-side heat exchanger and affecting the energy-saving effect;

3. The unit can be installed on exterior walls, roofs, balconies, and the ground; the air outlet should avoid the windward direction;

4. The installation foundation or installation bracket must be solid and firm, and it should be able to bear the weight of the unit operation; m10 x should be used in areas with strong winds (typhoons) or when the unit is required to be fixed.

100 expansion bolts are used as fasteners to fix the unit to prevent the unit from shaking or generating unnecessary mechanical noise, ensuring the unit operates smoothly;

5. If a canopy is set up, the unit should be prevented from air leakage The heat exchange of the side heat exchanger is affected by the external environment, so pay attention to ensure that its heat absorption and heat dissipation are not hindered;

6. The condensed water of the unit should be diverted to the sewer or drainage ditch through a drainage hose;

7. During installation, the cyclic heat exchange between the inlet and exhaust air should be eliminated. At the same time, a certain amount of clear space should be reserved for the inlet and exhaust air outlets. If the space is not enough, an exhaust duct must be installed to lead the cold air out in time;< /p>

8. It is recommended that rubber pads should be added to the feet when installing the unit for shock and noise prevention.

2. Water tank installation

1. The thermal insulation water tank should be installed within 2.5 meters from the host machine. It can be installed outdoors such as balconies, roofs, and floors with the heat pump, or it can be installed indoors. The water storage tank must be installed sitting on the ground, with 10cm of feet underneath. The installation site has a solid foundation and must bear a weight of 500kg. It cannot be hung on the wall.

2. Near the water storage tank, as well as the tap water pipe and hot water pipe interface, the interface is equipped with valves. Note: The power socket must be reliably grounded!

Water connection:

1. Connect one end of the check valve/pressure relief valve to the water pipe, and the other end to the water inlet of the water tank. connected. Note: The water outlet of the water storage tank must be connected to a section of ppr pipe of more than 1.5 meters.

2. Fill with water: open the tap water inlet valve and open the outlet faucet in the hot water pipe. Start filling the water until there is water overflowing from the outlet faucet. Then close the outlet faucet. Store water and check for leaks to make sure there is no leakage.

Note: Before plugging in the power supply for the first time, make sure the water in the insulated water tank is filled.
