What are the models of circulating water vacuum pumps, and what are their principles and uses?

Circulating water vacuum pump is composed of water tank, water pump, pressure gauge and check valve. It is designed by using circulating water as working fluid and the principle that jet generates negative pressure. Widely used in filtration, evaporation, distillation, crystallization, decompression, sublimation and other operations, it is an ideal equipment for university laboratories, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, food processing and other fields.

1. What is the working principle and structure? The working water of the circulating water vacuum pump is discharged together with the compressed gas, so the water ring needs to be constantly replenished with new cold water to maintain the stable thickness and temperature of the water ring. Water ring not only plays the role of "liquid piston", but also has the functions of heat dissipation (used in compression process), sealing (between impeller and gas distribution plate) and cooling (shaft seal).

By properly supplementing the water injection source, under the condition of long-term continuous operation, the temperature and quality of vacuum circulating water are kept unchanged, the vacuum degree is reduced, and the supply of circulating cooling water is realized.

This machine can pump air independently or simultaneously. Each suction nozzle is equipped with a vacuum gauge, which can easily observe the vacuum degree. There is a check valve on the suction line, which can prevent the circulating water from flowing back to the evacuated equipment when the machine stops outside the vacuum operation.

Please observe safety regulations, personal safety and accident prevention.

Please use an independent power socket with protective grounding, and ensure that the protective grounding terminal is connected reliably.

Please completely plug the power plug of circulating water vacuum pump into the power socket, and do not use non-designated power supply.

Never plug and unplug the power supply with wet hands.

Do not damage, modify, pull, excessively bend or twist the power cord, and do not place heavy objects on the power cord.

Please put the instrument on a stable, clean, non-slip, dry and fireproof table. SHZ-95 vertical five-beat can directly place the instrument on the flat ground.

Please do not block or cover the instrument vents or cooling windows.

Please don't put anything irrelevant on the circulating water vacuum pump.

If the circulating water vacuum pump is found to have peculiar smell or abnormal noise (excluding the working sound of the water pump or vacuum pump) during use, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and then the after-sales service department should be contacted as soon as possible.

If the circulating water vacuum pump has not been used for a period of time, please disconnect the power cord plug. Drain the water in the water storage tank.

Do not place the equipment near the heat source.

Do not disassemble and adjust the components of the instrument at will. When the spare parts are damaged, please only use the original spare parts for replacement.

When the equipment fails, cut off the power supply in time, and contact the manufacturer for maintenance guidance or return to the factory for maintenance at the first time.
