In order to better meet the demand for nucleic acid testing services for yellow code personnel, to implement the "four-early" preventive and control measures, and to effectively stop the spread of the epidemic, the city has updated and adjusted the nucleic acid sampling points on the basis of the original yellow code personnel, and hereby announces the list of four nucleic acid sampling points as follows:
1. New development zone sampling point: located in the project manager's office of the first section of the S6 line, put into use on March 25;
2. New Chongming Street sampling point: located in the east side of the compound of the Mazarie Neighborhood Council, put into use at 2:00 p.m. on March 24;
3. .Huayang Street sampling point: Huayang Citizen Square, put into use at 8 a.m. on March 24th. The former sampling point next to the north gate of the Huayang Community Health Center ceased service.
4. Shishi Hospital sampling point: located next to the entrance of the hospital gate, put into use on March 18th.
Please report to the community in advance of the need for yellow code personnel, open the "yellow code / asterisk personnel free nucleic acid test certificate form", the whole process of personal protection, not to take public **** transportation, maintain a distance of one meter, with the certificate to the designated nucleic acid sampling point sampling.
The trip card with an asterisk personnel to come to the sentence in advance to the community to report to the first three days during the home health monitoring, the medical staff home collection.
