My friend's company says this about foreign trade salesmen (they do consumer electronics):

1. The number of potential customers found each month (the source can be the network promotion invested by the company);

2. The number of emails or phone calls with potential customers every week (this is to ensure that salesmen actively follow up new inquiries);

3. The amount of projects negotiated each month, or the amount of orders obtained, gross profit;

4. Monthly customer visits (this is very important)

There are some other small details, so I won't say them one by one. This still depends on what products you make to determine the specific assessment criteria.
