Warehouse temperature and humidity control standards

1, high-temperature warehouse (constant temperature warehouse): temperature standard: 5 ~ 15 ℃, suitable for storing red wine, chocolate, medicines, seeds and so on.

2, medium-temperature warehouse (cold storage): temperature standard: 5 ~ -5 ℃, suitable for storing frozen food refrigeration.

3, low-temperature warehouse (freezer): temperature standard: -18 ~ -25 ℃, suitable for storing pork, beef and lamb, fish, poultry, etc..

4, ultra-low-temperature warehouse (deep-freezer): temperature standard: -45 ~ -60 ℃, suitable for storing dumplings, frozen food, fast freezing.

5, quick-freezing warehouse (emergency freezer): temperature standard: -35 ~ -40 ℃, suitable for storing tuna, salmon.

6, air-conditioned warehouse: temperature standard: 5 ~ -2 ℃, suitable for storing fruits, vegetables and so on.

Warehouse:
