The Decision of the Yangzhou Municipal People's Government on Publishing the Results of Cleaning of Normative Documents was discussed and adopted at the 6th Executive Meeting of the Municipal Government on June 1, 2017, and is hereby published.

Decision of the Yangzhou Municipal People's Government on Publishing the Cleaning Results of Normative Documents
In order to better adapt to the requirements of comprehensively advancing the administration in accordance with the law and constructing the government under the rule of law, and according to the "Decision of the State Council on Strengthening the Administration of Municipalities and Counties in accordance with the Law" (Guofa [2008] No. 17) regarding the regularly carry out the provisions of the normative documents cleanup work, the municipal government conducted a comprehensive cleanup of the normative documents issued before December 31, 2016, and after review, decided to retain 67, modify 47, and repeal 31 pieces. Where the normative documents are included in the revision catalog, the provisions in conflict with the supreme law shall not be applied, and the relevant departments shall promptly initiate the revision of the normative documents and report them to the municipal government for consideration and re-publication.
