The State Food and Drug Administration requires all localities to open 12331 as the basis for food and drug complaints and reporting telephone. The law provides that 12331 is the national opening of a unified food and drug regulatory authorities to report complaints telephone. In addition to the phone, units, individuals can through letters, the Internet, fax, visits, cell phone text messages, etc., to reflect to the regulatory authorities of drugs, medical devices, health food, cosmetics in the development, production, circulation, use of illegal behavior, as well as food safety violations in the food service sector.
Food and drug regulatory departments at all levels should establish a specialized agency responsible for receiving reports. Received complaints and reports, the agency should be unified code management, specialists, and within 5 days to make a decision on whether to accept. Complaints and violations of the object of the report is clear, and belongs to the jurisdiction of the administrative region, shall be accepted. All concluded within a period of 60 working days in general, the situation is complex, the extension period shall not exceed 30 working days.
Thereafter, where the subject of the report is claimed to have caused the death of a person, involving blood products and vaccines and other high-risk products, there are mainstream news media attention to the complaints and reports, shall be treated as important complaints.

Article VI food should be non-toxic, harmless, in line with the nutritional requirements that should be there to have the appropriate color, aroma, taste and other sensory properties. Article 8 The process of food production and management must meet the following hygiene requirements:

(D) the layout of the equipment and the process should be reasonable, to prevent the food to be processed and the direct entry of food, raw materials and finished products cross-contamination, food shall not be in contact with toxic substances, unclean substances;
(e) tableware, drinking utensils and containers holding directly imported food must be washed and disinfected before use, cooking utensils, utensils must be washed after use, keep clean;
(f) storage, transportation and loading and unloading of food containers and packaging, tools, equipment and conditions must be safe, harmless, keep clean, prevent food contamination;
() (G) direct entry of food should have small packages or the use of non-toxic, clean packaging materials;
(H) food production and management personnel should always maintain personal hygiene, production, sales of food, must wash their hands, wear clean work clothes, hats; sales of direct entry of food, must use the vending tools;
(IX) water must be consistent with the national urban and rural living Drinking water health standards;
(j) the use of detergents, disinfectants should be safe and harmless to the human body. The hygiene requirements for food vendors and urban and rural bazaar trade food operators in the process of food production and operation shall be specified by the standing committee of the people's congress of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government in accordance with this Law.
