Silicon-based solar cell modules are widely used in photovoltaic power plants which are very sensitive to temperature. The accumulation of dust on the surface of the module increases the heat transfer resistance of the photovoltaic module and becomes the heat insulation layer on the photovoltaic module, which affects the heat dissipation.
There are three main steps in the cleaning process:
1. Use a soft cloth or feather duster to remove the floating dust on the surface of the parts.
2. Then carefully clean the component surface with water.
3. Finally, dry the floating water on the surface with a soft cloth.
First, pay attention to the timing of dust removal in photovoltaic power plants.
Try to avoid the best working time of photovoltaic power station when removing dust. Under high temperature and strong illumination, the photovoltaic power station has high voltage and high current, which will bring electric shock damage to cleaning personnel and may also damage components. It is recommended to clean the components in the early morning and evening, because the photovoltaic power station has low working efficiency and low power generation during this period, which reduces the cleaning risk. In addition, dust removal during this period can avoid the shadow of cleaning personnel on components. It is suggested that the glass surface of photovoltaic module should be cleaned with soft brush and clean and mild water, and the cleaning intensity should be small to avoid damaging the glass surface. For modules with coated glass, attention should be paid to avoid damaging the glass layer.
Second, pay attention to all aspects of equipment safety maintenance.
1, pay attention to the safety of photovoltaic equipment. Photovoltaic power station is supported and fixed by many brackets, cables and screws. When cleaning parts, be careful not to destroy the support balance of the power station, which will damage the galvanized layer of the support and lead to rust. By the way, check whether the inverter, control box and other equipment are operating normally, whether the wiring is firm, whether the insulation performance of the line is normal and whether there is any damage, especially check whether the fan of the inverter is operating normally.
2. Pay attention to the safety of components. In the case of eliminating the hidden danger of electric leakage, first clean with a soft cloth, then clean, and finally dry the water droplets floating on the surface of the parts to ensure the safety of the parts in the cleaning process.
3. Pay attention to personal safety. Pay more attention to the risk of scratching and falling when cleaning. Note: the power station is your own, others are not responsible for this matter, pay attention to your own safety!
Third, it takes some time to clean.
The smog in northern China is serious and the road traffic is developed. Due to the large number of vehicles, the dust on household photovoltaic power stations always exists. Usually, the dust is removed once a week. In case of snowstorm or dusty weather, it will change accordingly and increase the cleaning frequency.
