According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Importation of Electromechanical Products and with the approval of the State Council, the Quota Product Catalogs and Specific Product Catalogs of Electromechanical Products in 1995 are hereby promulgated and shall be put into effect as of July 1, 1995. July 1, 1995 shall come into force.
