Difference between intraoperative nerve monitor and intraoperative nerve monitor

Different uses, different usage.

1, the use of different: in the nerve monitor is a device used to monitor neuromuscular function, used in surgery under anesthesia, while the intraoperative nerve monitor is a device used to monitor the nerve function of the brain, used in craniotomy.

2, the usage is different: intraoperative neuromonitor monitors neuromuscular electrical activity through electrodes affixed to the patient's skin, whereas electroencephalographic signals are monitored through electrodes placed on the patient's scalp by the intraoperative neuromonitor in order to detect abnormalities in brain function in a timely manner.
