Participants can initiate reimbursement applications, view reimbursement information and progress, modify their personal bank account and cell phone numbers, and apply for and receive health management services such as online consultation, booking appointments, and re-diagnosis of serious illnesses through the China e-Home APP.

In the future, China e-Home APP will continue to improve its business functions, gradually launch service functions for the enterprise supplementary medical insurance self-built program, as well as cover more insurance service areas to become a comprehensive insurance service platform for oil employees.

"CNPC Supplementary Medical" WeChat aims to provide more diversified and convenient service channels for the insured, especially the retirees, to meet the service demand.
