Introduction of Fuyang People's Hospital

The hospital is located in the outskirts of Hangzhou and on the banks of the Fuchun River, occupying an area of 33,073 square meters, with a total construction area of 63,200 square meters and a medical room area of 61,700 square meters, with an approved bed capacity of 600 and an actual open bed capacity of 650. There are 1040 employees, including 846 health care workers, 84 with senior technical titles, 246 with intermediate technical titles and 47 with master's degrees. It is equipped with a large number of advanced medical instruments and equipments, such as DSA, MR, spiral CT, laparoscopy, digital gastrointestinal machine and so on. It has one leading discipline in Zhejiang Province (county level) (urology), two key medical disciplines in Hangzhou (urology, orthopedics), one key specialty construction unit at Hangzhou city level (Chinese medicine), and nine key disciplines at Fuyang city level. 2012, the hospital achieved a total income of 382 million yuan, completed 781,800 outpatient and emergency room visits, and discharged 2.6 million patients.

With the overall relocation of our hospital as the leader, set disease prevention, health supervision, 120 emergency as one of the medical and health center project is a key project in Zhejiang Province, but also Fuyang City Government key investment projects. The project is constructed in accordance with the hardware standard of Grade 3A hospital. The project is located in Fuchun Street, south of National Highway 320, west of Jinqiao North Road, Wuwutang block. With a total investment of RMB 655 million, the project covers an area of 166.9 acres, with a total construction area of 130,800 square meters, including 25,000 square meters of underground construction. The first phase of the project is designed with 800 inpatient beds and 1,200 beds in the long term, which can accommodate 2,500 outpatient visits/day and 250 emergency visits/day. Now the project has entered the second renovation stage, is expected to be put into use by the end of 2014.
