[Treatment]: (1) Removal of the cause of the disease and local treatment such as filling.
(2) Desensitization therapy: Drug application: topical application such as ammoniated silver nitrate or sodium fluoride glycerin can be used.
Ion introduction: with direct current ion introduction equipment.
Drug gargle: gargle with desensitizing gargle solution.
Laser irradiation: using YAG laser, power 15W, localized irradiation of the allergic area each time 0.5-1.0 seconds, 3-5 times for a course of treatment.
Drug toothpaste:You can also use desensitizing drug toothpaste.
Food Chewing:Have the patient rub the sensitive area with fresh garlic heads or tea leaves or walnuts, or perform repeated chewing.
(3) restorative treatment: the drug and other methods of desensitization is ineffective, can be considered for filling surgery, near the pulp of the feasible endodontic treatment, must be considered for crown restoration.
