Assessment procedures
(1) Self-examination.

Responsible units responsible for the provincial government's 2021 target management performance assessment indicators must effectively implement relevant tasks, proactively strengthen connection with relevant provincial departments, actively report and communicate, accurately grasp the assessment details of relevant indicators, and pay close attention to relevant matters in our city We will increase coordination and efforts to monitor the completion of target tasks and their ranking in the province, and organize and complete self-examination work in a timely manner. The Municipal Bureau of Statistics, the Hefei Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics and other departments must actively cooperate and conscientiously do relevant data statistics and analysis work.
2. Comprehensive self-examination. Each responsible unit will conduct a comprehensive self-examination based on the assessment content, and submit the self-inspection report (written report with relevant forms, in duplicate) to the municipal government office before January 28, 2022. Those who receive commendation awards must also provide 1 scanned copies of relevant commendation award documents.
(2) Review.
1. The unit responsible for the assessment of specific indicators shall provide the relevant indicator assessment scores, main reasons for deductions and assessment basis to the municipal government office before February 18, 2022. The municipal government office, together with relevant municipal departments, will conduct random inspections and verifications of the assessment results submitted by each unit, and all assessment units that receive full marks or do not meet the requirements will be returned to the undertaking unit for re-processing.
2. The Municipal Supervisory Committee, the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Municipal Committee, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Health Commission, the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, and the Municipal Bureau of Statistics shall provide the municipal government office with a "one-page report" of each responsible unit before February 18, 2022. veto" situation.
