Internal Organization of Yichang Local Taxation Bureau

(I) Office

Responsible for dealing with the day-to-day government affairs of the Bureau; drafting and reviewing relevant documents and reports; responsible for the organization of comprehensive meetings; responsible for secretarial work, letters and visits, confidentiality, security, research, information and publicity; responsible for the formulation of the internal management rules and regulations of the Bureau; responsible for the release of press releases, government affairs and government information; responsible for the operation of the portal site and information maintenance work; responsible for the target management of the Bureau and the system. (2) Policies and Regulations Section

(VII) Fees and Charges Management Section

Responsible for the city's basic old-age insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums, unemployment insurance premiums, industrial injury insurance premiums, maternity insurance premiums, and other social insurance premiums and education surcharges, river embankment maintenance fees, local education development fees, cultural utility construction fees, the employment of persons with disabilities security fund, sewage charges, phosphate rock price adjustment fund, as well as other administrative fees and charges. It also develops and manages the collection and management of fees and charges, formulates specific collection methods; explains and deals with specific operational issues; formulates and improves the ways and means of collecting and managing fees and charges and strengthens the management of fee sources; and organizes and carries out the collection of fees and charges, as well as daily management and inspections.

(H) Tax Service Section

Organizes and implements the construction of the tax service system; formulates the tax service specifications and operating procedures; organizes and coordinates the implementation of tax counseling, consulting services, tax legal remedies, etc.; organizes and implements the construction of the tax credit system; guides the mediation of tax disputes; organizes and implements the publicity of the tax law for the taxpayers; takes charge of the openness of the tax office, promotion of the diversified filing methods, and the standard management of the tax service hall. (IX) Technical Management Section
