Article 39
When a medical institution discovers a Class A infectious disease, it shall promptly take the following measures:
(1) Treat patients and pathogen carriers , be given isolation treatment, and the isolation period shall be determined based on the results of medical examination;
(2) Suspected patients shall be isolated and treated separately in a designated place before diagnosis;

Article 67
