Third, the embedded box installation specification
1. First of all, the hydropower drawings of wallboard should be deeply processed, accurate to the position, diameter and quantity of pipes inside each bottom box, so as to avoid impossible situations in the construction process.
2. Pay-off according to the hydropower deepening diagram of the wallboard, and then punch holes in the formwork at the bottom of the aluminum formwork beam for the conduit. According to the setting-out position, water and electricity shall be installed in the formwork holes, and the conduit shall be bound and fixed with iron wire every 1 m, and the binding and fixation shall be firm.
3. Next, install the electrical junction box in the concrete wall. Before the installation of aluminum formwork, the pay-off personnel will pop up the wall control line on the floor surface, and take this control line as a benchmark and refer to the size of the positioning frame of the wallboard hydropower deepening diagram.
4. Then release the horizontal line of the box body, use a level gauge to retest the released horizontal line, and conduct positioning construction after confirmation.
5. For the installation of junction box, the junction box with ribbed ears shall be used, and the connected switch and socket shall be connected with snap junction box, so as to keep the plane position, height and concave-convex distance from the wall consistent with the design drawings. The plane position of the junction box must be determined according to the axis and checked with the civil wall line.
