Main components
Centralized oxygen supply system consists of gas source, control device, oxygen supply pipeline, oxygen terminal and alarm device and other components.
1 gas source gas source
Can be liquid oxygen, can also be high-pressure oxygen cylinder. When the gas source is high-pressure oxygen cylinders, according to the need for gas can be selected 2 to 20 oxygen cylinders. Oxygen cylinders are divided into two groups, a group of oxygen supply, the other group for backup.
2 control device
Control device including gas source switching device, pressure reduction, pressure stabilizing device and the corresponding valve, pressure gauge.
3 Oxygen supply pipeline
Oxygen supply pipeline is to transport oxygen from the outlet of the control device to the oxygen terminal.
4Oxygen Terminal
Oxygen terminals are located in wards, operating rooms and other oxygen-using departments. Oxygen terminal installed in the rapid plug sealing socket, the use of oxygen equipment (oxygen wetting device, ventilator, etc.) only need to be inserted into the connector jack, can be supplied with oxygen, and reliably ensure the seal; not in use, you can unplug the connector of the oxygen supply equipment, but also can close the manual valve.
According to the different needs of the hospital oxygen terminal also has different structural forms. Generally installed on the wall, divided into concealed (inlaid in the wall) and open (protruding from the wall, covered with a decorative cover) two kinds of; operating room and other wards of the terminal, there are wall-mounted, mobile and hanging tower and several other forms.
5 alarm device
The alarm device is installed in the control room, the duty room or other locations designated by the user. When the oxygen supply pressure exceeds the upper and lower limits of the use of pressure, the alarm device can be issued sound, light alarm signals to remind the relevant personnel to take appropriate measures.
