What does emt mean?

Emergency medical technician (EMT), or ambulance technician, is used to refer to medical service providers in some countries, but it still refers to ambulance drivers and ambulance personnel.

EMT is synonymous with professional first aid ability, and all rescuers and firefighters must receive this complete first aid skill training. EMT- 1 60 hours of legal training hours have already included the common emergencies and preliminary physiological concepts in internal surgery.

In addition, the most important thing is that it attaches great importance to technical operation, such as the treatment of spinal and cervical injuries (the use of long backboard and collar), the treatment of respiratory emergencies (the use of oxygen and aspirator), the vigilance against brain injury, and the classification of large-scale preliminary injuries, which are skills that are not involved in general first aid training.

However, it is an extremely important skill in practical situations. After all, the spirit of EMT is to really cultivate first-aid technicians who can actually operate first-aid skills and give life-saving help to patients at the first time.
