According to the insurance drug catalog, diagnostic and therapeutic items, check the scope of reimbursement as well as the reimbursement rate. The social insurance administrative department and the health administrative department should set up a settlement system for medical expenses incurred in other places, so as to make it easier for the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance treatment.
Interventional surgery is a minimally invasive procedure, a method of diagnosis and treatment in which a medical device is introduced into a patient's body through a puncture or a catheter and other instruments. Interventional procedures usually require a specialized interventional radiologist or cardiac interventionist to perform. Common types are as follows:
1. Vascular interventional procedures: medical devices are introduced into blood vessels through instruments such as punctures or catheters for diagnosis or treatment, such as coronary interventions and hepatic artery embolization.
2, neurological intervention: through puncture or catheter and other instruments to introduce medical equipment into the nerve for treatment, such as intervertebral foramenoscopy surgery, percutaneous vertebroplasty.
3, orthopedic interventional surgery: through the puncture or catheter and other instruments to introduce medical equipment into the bone for treatment, such as implantation of fracture internal fixation, percutaneous bone puncture.
4, cardiac interventional surgery: through the catheter and other devices to introduce medical equipment into the heart for treatment, such as coronary artery balloon dilatation, atrial septal defect blockage, etc..
5. Tumor interventional surgery: medical devices are introduced into tumors through puncture or catheter and other instruments for treatment, such as tumor ablation, interventional tumor therapy, and so on.
In summary, interventional surgery has the advantages of less trauma, faster recovery and shorter hospitalization time than traditional surgery, but there are certain risks and complications. Therefore, before performing interventional surgery, doctors need to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the patient, choose the most appropriate treatment plan, and inform the patient of the indications, risks and precautions of the surgery.
