7. Distribution box, switch box should be made of iron plate or high-quality insulating materials, the thickness of the iron plate should be greater than 1.5m.

8. Distribution box, switch box should be installed correctly, firmly, mobile distribution box, switch box should be installed on a solid support fixed distribution box, switch box bottom and the ground should be greater than the vertical distance of 1.3m, less than 1.5m, the mobile distribution box, switch box bottom and the ground should be greater than 1.3m, less than 1.5m, the mobile sub-distribution box, switch box bottom and the ground should be greater than 1.3m, less than 1.5m, mobile distribution box. The total distribution box and sub-distribution box should be installed with total isolation switch and branch isolation switch, total fuse and branch fuse (or total automatic switch and branch automatic switch) and leakage protector. If the leakage protector has both overload and short-circuit protection function, it can not be equipped with branch circuit fuse or branch circuit automatic switch. 23. Distribution boxes and switch boxes in the two levels of leakage protector rated leakage action current and rated leakage action time should be reasonable with the function of hierarchical segmentation protection.

24. Leakage protector must be installed according to product instructions, use. Shelved for a long time to re-use and continuous use of one month leakage protector, should carefully check its characteristics, found that the problem of timely repair or replacement.

25. Manual switching appliances are only allowed to be used for direct control of lighting circuits and power circuits with a capacity of not more than 5.5KW. Capacity greater than 5.5KW power circuits are controlled by automatic switching appliances or reduced voltage starting device.

26. The ratings of the various switching appliances should be adapted to the ratings of the power equipment they control.

27. Distribution boxes, switch boxes in the wire inlet and outlet should be located in the box at the bottom of the bottom surface, it is strictly prohibited to be located in the box on the top surface, side, behind or at the door of the box; inlet and outlet wires should be sheathed into a bunch of split and waterproof bending, wire bundles shall not be in direct contact with the box into and out of the box; mobile distribution boxes and switch boxes inlet and outlet wires must be used to rubber-insulated cables.

28. The power line into the switch box, it is strictly prohibited to use the plug connection.

29. All distribution boxes should be labeled with its name, purpose, and make a split mark.

30. The door of all distribution boxes should be equipped with locks, and the distribution boxes and switch boxes should be under the responsibility of specialized personnel.

31. All distribution boxes and switch boxes should be inspected and maintained once a month. Inspection and maintenance personnel must be a professional electrician. Inspection and maintenance must be in accordance with the provisions of wearing insulated shoes, gloves, must use electrician insulated tools.

32. When checking and repairing the distribution box and switch box, the corresponding power switch of the previous level must be disconnected, and hang the blackout signboard, and it is strictly prohibited to work with electricity.

33. All distribution boxes, switch boxes in the process of using the power delivery order: total distribution box - sub-distribution box - switch box; blackout operation order: switch box - sub-distribution box - total distribution box (except for emergencies when there is an electrical fault).

34. When the construction site stops operation for more than one hour, the power switch box should be disconnected and locked.
