Characteristics of RO reverse osmosis water purification
Good water quality and low energy consumption; Continuous operation, stable performance; No need for chemical regeneration, no pollution.
Process principle
Reverse osmosis is a reverse migration movement of osmosis, which is a separation method to separate solute and solvent in solution by means of selective interception of pressure-driven semi-permeable membrane. Its pore size is about 5 ~ 10a. It has been widely used in the purification and concentration of various liquids, among which the most common application example is in the process of water treatment. Impurities such as inorganic ions, bacteria, viruses, organic substances and colloids in raw water can be removed by reverse osmosis technology, and high-quality purified water can be obtained. At present, the winding polyamide composite membrane is the most widely used, and its water flux and removal rate will be affected by pressure, temperature, recovery rate, salt content of influent and PH value.
