ASUS X555Y notebook can see the hard disk in SATA, but not in BOOT.

1. If it can be detected and the hard disk is not visible in PE, you can conclude that you are a serial hard disk (SATA). When you are prompted to press [F6] at the bottom of the screen when WINPE starts, just press [F6] on the keyboard, and then you will definitely see the hard disk when you enter the system.

2. Traditional hard disk is the partition table of MBR, and GPT is the GUID partition table. I advise you not to use GPT. You can't enter PE in ACHI mode because your PE version is too old to support AHCI hard disk mode.

3.11G is normal, the computer capacity calculation 1G is equal to 1024M, and the hard disk manufacturer capacity calculation1g is equal to 1000M, so there will be errors. Check the hard disk for jumpers. If there is a jumper, write down the position and put the jumper.

4. It may also be because the types of boot devices are different. The BIOS thinks that the machine you installed is the first boot device of the hard disk group, so the SSD is not displayed in the boot device. Set SSD as the priority device of the hard disk group, and then you can see it in the startup list.

1, in fact, GPT partition and MBR partition have little effect on disk performance, especially for 320G hard disk, so don't worry too much;

2. If it is a GPT partition, there may be a problem with installing the ghost version. It is recommended to use the installed Windows7 version.

3.AHCI can't get into PE, probably because of the version of PE. AHCI driver is not integrated, so a new version of PE system can be replaced.
