JRC has recently developed the NJL5303R, a green LED-type reflective photoelectric sensor that combines a green LED
(with a light-emitting wavelength of 570 nm) and a phototransistor in a new package, which is most suitable for high-performance healthcare equipment used to detect pulses.
Outline
The NJL5303R is different from the current photoelectric pulse measurement devices, which use infrared light to measure blood, in that it utilizes green light with a wavelength of 570nm, which allows for highly sensitive measurements. The NJL5303R also utilizes a reflective photoelectric sensor that combines a green LED and a phototransistor encapsulated in a small COB package. This makes it possible to measure body parts freely and flexibly, and is widely used in a variety of medical and healthcare devices such as wearable smart electronics and pulse measurement devices with new test methods.
Features
1. Expanding the range of applications for pulse measurement devices
The reflective photoelectric sensor used in the NJL5303R allows for a more flexible measurement method that can be used in a wide range of applications, including wearable electronic products and pulse measurement devices with new test methods.
2. The NJL5303R utilizes the most suitable wavelength for pulse measurement
The NJL5303R utilizes a green light with a wavelength of 570nm, which provides a higher reflectance than infrared light, a higher sensitivity to measurements, and improved S/N ratio characteristics.
