According to the relevant regulations on the recruitment of civil servants, the relevant matters concerning the interview of civil servants recruited by Beijing Customs on 20 16 are hereby notified as follows:
First, the interview score line and the list of interviewers (see annex)
Second, the qualification examination
Candidates who have entered the interview have been asked to provide relevant materials in the early stage. Conduct on-site qualification review before the interview. At that time, candidates are requested to bring the original of the above materials to Beijing Customs (Guanghua Road 10, Chaoyang District) for on-site qualification review. On-site qualification examination time is 2065438+February 23rd, 2006. Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If the materials are incomplete or the main information is untrue, which will affect the results of qualification examination, the interview qualification will be cancelled.
Third, the interview arrangement
(1) interview time
Interviews were held on 25th and 26th February, 20 16 respectively. For the specific interview time of each candidate, please refer to the interview time listed in the above interviewer list.
The interview started at 9 am that day. All candidates attending the interview on that day must report before 7:30 am and enter the waiting room under the guidance of the staff. Candidates who do not enter the waiting room as of 8: 30 am on the same day will be disqualified.
(2) Interview registration place
The first floor of Beijing Customs, enter from the north gate. Address: Guanghua Road 10, Chaoyang District, Beijing. You can take the subway 10 line and get off at Jintai Zhaoqian Station, or get off at Guomao Station.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
(1) Determination of candidates for physical examination and inspection
If the ratio of the number of interviewees to the number of people in the employment plan reaches 3: 1 or above, the candidates for physical examination and investigation will be determined in the order of high comprehensive scores after the interview; If the ratio is less than 3: 1, the candidates can enter the physical examination and inspection according to the ratio of 1: 1 and the comprehensive scores from high to low.
(2) Physical examination and physical fitness test
The physical examination is expected to take place within one week after the interview. Please keep in touch with the candidates, and pay close attention to the notice on the portal website of our hospital, inquire about the specific medical examination arrangements and related matters needing attention, arrange the itinerary reasonably and pay attention to safety. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidate himself.
Candidates who apply for the post of anti-smuggling police and pass the physical examination shall participate in the physical fitness assessment. The physical fitness test time will be determined separately after the physical examination and published on the portal website of our hospital. Candidates are requested to bring their ID cards and report on time on the date of publication. The physical fitness test shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for the Employment of People's Police by Public Security Organs (Provisional). Anyone who fails the physical fitness test is deemed to have failed the physical fitness test.
(3) Calculation method of comprehensive score
Comprehensive score calculation: comprehensive score = (total written score ÷2)×50%+ interview score ×50%.
I will publish the interview results through the internet within the time limit stipulated by the central civil servant department.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) matters needing attention
1. Before the interview, our company will update the relevant arrangements and requirements at any time. Please pay close attention to official website of Beijing Customs to avoid missing relevant information.
2. The documents and materials mailed and submitted by the interview candidates must be true and accurate. Those who provide false documents and materials, once verified, will be disqualified according to the regulations and recorded in the candidates' integrity files according to the regulations.
3. Candidates must abide by the discipline of the examination room, obey the command of the staff, and accompany relatives and friends not to enter the examination room area.
4. It is forbidden for candidates to bring electronic equipment such as communication, audio and video recording into the examination room. Once found, cancel the interview qualification.
