Mechanical parts mapping: the customer provides equipment parts samples, pictures, etc., and then through a variety of technical means to measure and analyze, draw the engineering drawings of the parts.
1. When the equipment is relatively small, the customer can transport the equipment to our company, and our engineers and technicians will carry out surveying and mapping, and draw engineering drawings after surveying and mapping.
2. When the volume and total amount of equipment is relatively large, by mutual agreement, our technicians can go to the customer to carry out on-site surveying and mapping and draw engineering drawings.
The information delivered to the customer includes: the total assembly of the equipment, a full set of parts manufacturing and processing drawings, parts, standard parts, purchased parts list, material list, special parts processing technology.
Five: mechanical drawing
Mainly including CAD drawing and three-dimensional modeling.
1. Standard drawing transcription drawing: draw CAD electronic drawings according to the blueprints, copies or scans and other information provided.
2. Translation and transformation of foreign drawings: according to the provided foreign standard drawings into two-dimensional engineering drawings for domestic processing.
3. 2D drawing output: according to the provided 3D model drawing, it will be transformed into 2D engineering drawings.
