Evidence-Based Medicine School of Public Health Sun Yi Evidence-Based Medicine Part II: How to Formulate a Question Section 1: The Importance of Formulating a Clinical Question "Formulating a good question and answering it in a credible way" is the key to improving the quality of clinical research. The basic principles of question formulation are the same for both providers (researchers) and applicators (front-line clinicians) of evidence-based medicine. The appropriateness of the question posed in the design of a study is critical to the clinical significance of the topic and determines the overall design of the study. A well-constructed question can help clinicians in seven ways: 1) focusing limited time on evidence directly related to the needs of patients (the patient's perspective). 2) focusing limited time on evidence directly related to their own clinical practice (the physician's perspective). 3) helping to develop a high-output strategy for collecting evidence. 4) developing a useful...
I. Preface
In today's era of competition for talent, career planning has begun to become another important tool in the battle for people. For enterprises, how to reflect the company's "people-oriented" talent concept, pay attention to the staff's talent concept, pay attention to the staff's sustained growth, career planning is an effective means; and for each person, the professional life is limited, if not effective planning, will inevitably result in a waste of life and time. As a contemporary college student, if you step into this crowded society with a blank face, how can you meet the needs of society and make yourself a place? Therefore, I try to draw up a career plan for myself, and design my future well. With a goal, there will be motivation.
Second, self-inventory
I am a contemporary undergraduate, (usually) is the family's greatest hope - to become a useful talent, outgoing, cheerful, lively, spare time love making friends, listening to music, go out for a walk, chatting, and the Internet. Like to read novels, essays, especially love to read magazine books, the heart idol is Zhou Enlai, usually friendly with others mass base is better, by relatives, friends, teachers care, like innovation, strong hands-on ability to do things seriously, commitment, but the lack of perseverance, persistence, learning is "three days fishing, two days in the sun," so that has been unable to become a top student, sometimes worrying about the future. Become a top student, sometimes sentimental, without the temperament and personality to become a great man. But the lack of self-confidence in height, and fear of others to comment on their own behind the scenes.
Third, to solve the weaknesses and shortcomings in the self inventory
The so-called rivers and mountains are easy to change, nature is not the same, although not enough perseverance, but can rely on that positive enthusiasm to spur themselves on, over time, will slowly cultivate, make full use of has been concerned about the support of the advantages of my large group of friends and relatives, sincere to classmates, teachers, friends to ask for advice, and in a timely manner, point out that there is a variety of different and since the existence of different and make a corresponding plan to correct the problem. Make a corresponding plan to correct. Regular exercise, enhance physical fitness, to make up for the negative impact of the altitude is not enough.
Fourth, the future of life career planning
According to their own interests and study majors, in the future should be to the chemical and English two aspects of development. Around these two aspects, I would like to make a preliminary plan for the next fifty years as follows:
1, 2004-2009 academic success: make full use of the campus environment and conditions of the advantages of learning professional knowledge, to cultivate the ability to study, work, life, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of the individual, and as a preparation for employment. (Specific planning see later).
2, 2009-2012, familiar with the adaptation period: the use of about three years, after continuous efforts to try to initially find a suitable working environment for their own development, positions.
Completion of the main content:
(1) education, knowledge structure: to enhance their academic level, from undergraduate to graduate school, professional skills proficiency. English four, six strive to get excellent, Mandarin over the grade, and get the English oral grade certificate, began to contact society, work, familiar with the work environment.
(2) personal development, interpersonal relationships: during this period, the main career groundwork, strengthen communication, open-minded.
(3) habits, hobbies and interests: appropriate sociable environment, try to form a more regular good personal habits, and participate in fitness exercises, such as walking, aerobics, playing badminton and so on.
3, 2012-2053, in their own jobs, down-to-earth contribution to their own strength, have a perfect family.
V. Conclusion
The plan is certainly good, but more importantly, lies in its specific practice and achieve results. Any goal, just say no in the end will be an empty. However, the reality is unknown and changeable, set out the goal plan at any time may encounter problems, requires a clear mind. In fact, everyone has a mountain in his heart, carved with ideals, beliefs, pursuits, aspirations; everyone has a forest in his heart, carrying the harvest, fragrance, disillusionment, sharpening. A person, if you want to achieve success, you must take out the courage to pay efforts, struggle, struggle. Success, do not believe in tears; success, do not believe in decadence; success does not believe in phantoms, the future, to rely on their own to fight!
