Understand the production process of enterprises, operate strictly according to the safety work rules of electric power industry, abide by various process rules, have a sense of safety in production and attach importance to environmental protection, and can solve general professional problems. Able to read and draw the electrical control schematic diagram of complex mechanical equipment.
Can use common electrical tools, and correctly select common electrical instruments such as oscilloscope, bridge, transistor characteristic indicator, multimeter and megger. Can install the distribution box of complex mechanical equipment and debug the whole equipment. 4. Able to disassemble AC asynchronous motors, DC motors and various special motors. 5. Able to wind small transformers and overhaul large-capacity transformers.
Able to analyze, repair and eliminate common faults of electrical parts of complex mechanical equipment. 7. Be able to choose PLC, build and debug the electrical system of simple PLC control equipment, solve the problems in debugging independently, and make the equipment run normally.
This major mainly teaches drawing recognition and CAD, use of common electrical tools and instruments, installation and maintenance of distribution lines, motor and transformer technology, installation and maintenance of typical analog circuits, installation and maintenance of typical digital circuits, installation and maintenance of common electrical drag control circuits, electrical schematic diagram (EDA) and installation and debugging of PLC control circuits.
