⑵ What are the roles of nursing faculty
With the development of socio-economic and cultural development, people's demand for health is increasing. In the new situation, nursing personnel are also facing a serious test. Nursing students are the future force and backbone of the nursing career. Cultivating students to have rich professional emotions, appropriately carrying out professional emotion education, and promoting the positive transformation of the professional emotional field are conducive to the formation of good nursing quality and the improvement of the nursing realm, and are conducive to the formation of good professional attitudes among students. This paper is a preliminary exploration of strengthening the vocational emotional education of higher vocational nursing students.
1 Problem analysis of the current situation of the emotional attitude of higher vocational nursing students
Emotion is the core of attitude, and the attributes and nature of emotion can be expressed in the attitude. The emotional attitude of higher vocational students mainly includes three aspects: learning attitude, life attitude and career attitude. In the senior nursing students, the problem of emotional attitude status quo is mainly manifested in the following aspects:
1.1 Lack of proper learning attitude
Due to the influence of social factors and policy factors, most of the students of senior vocational students have poor grades when they enter the school, and they lack self-motivation to learn, have no good learning behavioral habits, and have little interest in learning. In the classroom, a considerable part of the students will not take notes, listening to the lecture all kinds of small actions more, after the discipline is not willing to accept the teacher's criticism. In the course of study, students of different learning content, learning attitude has a big difference, focus on professional and basic courses, ignore the cultural courses.
1.2 Lack of good living habits
Students have poor living habits, no good habits of life and rest, poor solidarity and cooperation, lack of hard work and saving virtues, and blind comparison.
1.3 Insufficient knowledge of the profession, poor career awareness
Students do not know enough about the nursing profession, and their understanding is not comprehensive enough. In the survey done in our school, when students enter the school to choose a specialty, the main reference is the parents' opinion, followed by consideration of employment prospects. The percentage of students who chose the nursing profession because they like it is not large. The students' professional awareness is lacking, and they show unfamiliarity with the operation regulations and irregular operation during the nursing internship operation.
2 Ways and means of emotional education for higher vocational nursing students
Through the understanding of the problem of emotional attitude of higher vocational nursing students, we should take active measures to change the attitude of students.
2.1 Analyze students' learning needs, and enhance nursing professional awareness education at the time of enrollment
After the enrollment of new students, the basic situation of the students and the need for learning is investigated and analyzed, and the learning difficulty is adjusted according to the specific situation of the students and learning foundation, which stimulates the students' interest in learning, and gradually establishes the enthusiasm of the students to learn.
After the enrollment of nursing students, should enhance the understanding of the profession of nursing. Let the teacher with strong professional feelings for the nursing profession related careers, inspire and guide students to establish a correct understanding of the nursing profession, inspire students to love the nursing career.
2.2 Enrich the teaching mode, strengthen the humanistic quality education emotional education, must be with the help of certain educational teaching mode. Classroom education is the main way of school education, in the process of classroom teaching, according to the content of the different teaching methods. And successful and effective emotional teaching makes the learning activities of nursing students change from negative to positive, which means the activation of nursing students' professional learning and life, and it will inevitably have a positive impact on nursing students' professional learning and professional attitudes [1]. Using a variety of communication skills, gradually improving various means of emotional education, optimizing the explicit curriculum, developing the implicit curriculum, effectively combining cognitive and emotional stimulation, and organically combining the teaching strategy of in-class and out-of-class in the practice of emotional education for nursing students. With this strategy to guide the teaching design, tightly focused on the two pathways of emotional teaching and emotional cultivation, to arouse students' positive emotions and active learning attitudes towards the subject, to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning [2]; to promote the emotional development of students and enhance students' professional cognition.
Having superior nursing skills is not necessarily a good nurse. Nursing staff not only need to have good professional and technical knowledge, but also need to have enough humanistic and social knowledge. The role of nursing staff in the entire health care system is becoming increasingly obvious, only with a positive and stable psychological state and good humanistic cultivation, can better serve the patients, can truly understand the patients, respect the patients, so as to help those who need help.
2.3 Optimize the teaching environment, enhance the emotional interaction between teachers and students
Nursing emotional education as a kind of acceptance of ideas, its emotional qualification can not be limited to the satisfaction of the patient's emotions, should pay attention to the perfection and development of the students' own emotions, because it will directly affect the understanding of the patient's emotions and attention [3]. Teachers should consciously cultivate the feelings between teachers and students, focusing on strengthening the spiritual communication between teachers and students. Only when a better interpersonal environment is established in the teaching process can students better understand and accept the knowledge imparted by teachers. Only the teachers and students to establish a compatible emotional state between each other, in order to understand each other, mutual trust, so as to form an educational synergy, stimulate the students' love for the nursing profession.
Outside the teaching program, attention should also be paid to the emotional exchange between teachers and students. Teachers' own words and behaviors are a kind of hidden education. Teachers should take love and respect as a prerequisite to create a beautiful atmosphere of communication. Emotional education in aesthetic education enables people to get spiritual enjoyment while their human character is further cultivated. Therefore, aesthetic education is not only a powerful means of ideological and moral education, but also an important means to stimulate and cultivate healthy moral emotions [4]. Focusing on all aspects of education, optimizing the teaching environment, cultivating nursing emotions, strengthening professional ideological education, improving the understanding of the role of the profession, using social education factors, realizing role identity, guiding students to reasonable positioning, guiding students to correct their role position, find their own development goals, and make clear the relationship between the profession and the realization of self-needs, while the teaching pays attention to the cultivation of high-level needs, and connects the needs of self-needs and the The first step is to make sure that you have a good understanding of the situation, and that you have a good idea of what you are doing.
As long as we are good at cultivating students' positive emotions, so that students have a positive emotional experience, to love love, love to attract love, love for love, will inevitably be exchanged for students' *** and enthusiasm, but also to effectively mobilize the students' interest in learning and enthusiasm, inspire students to carry out positive thinking activities, and constantly improve the students' level of ideological understanding and awareness, greatly improving the effectiveness of the nursing profession teaching in the senior high school. The teaching effectiveness of the professional nursing.

(5) Nursing Lecturer
Not all teachers have a qualification as soon as they go to work, after the interview, the school will be organized to enroll in the examination of the college teacher qualification certificate, it is very simple, the specific test what I forget, but it will be the first training, hair is probably 4 books, get a training certificate. After a period of time and then go to the test, the content of the books, hey, most of them are copied, very simple to get. Not teaching can also be examined college teaching license, but it seems to rely on the school to enroll.
The educational requirements for being a teacher in a nursing department depend on the specific school, some only require a bachelor's degree, some require a PhD.
Good luck!
