According to the "Beijing Municipal Public Recruitment of Staff Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Institutions" (Beijing Renminsha Specialized Technical Development [2010] No. 102), "Notice on Further Regulating the Public Recruitment of Public Recruitment of Institutions on Relevant Issues" (Beijing Renminsha Specialized Technical Development [2012] No. 247) and other documents, combined with the actual work, is now our hospital in the year of 2022, fresh graduates of the public recruitment of related matters are announced as follows
I. Recruitment object
The 2022 fresh graduates listed in the national unified enrollment plan (including graduates employed for the first time within two years), overseas returnees (in line with the Ministry of Education's policy requirements for the dispatch of students abroad), and postdoctoral personnel (2022 discharged personnel).
Second, the recruitment of basic conditions
(a) have the nationality of the Chinese People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, abide by the Constitution and the law;
(b) integrity, love for the cause of medical and health care, have a good sense of teamwork, the pursuit of professional ethics and the spirit of dedication;
(c) have the professional knowledge and skills required for the position
(d) Graduate students must pass the National English Sixth Level Examination, and overseas returnees must provide proof of their foreign language achievement; they must have excellent grades during their studies, and no record of making up exams; and they must have obtained the corresponding academic qualifications and degrees when they are dispatched upon graduation;
(e) Graduates who are not of Beijing origin must comply with the conditions set by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security for the introduction of graduates of non-Beijing origin.

Third, the application method and time
Candidates should log on to the hospital (www.anzhen.org), enter the recruitment module, fill in personal information according to the requirements, do not receive paper resumes. Each candidate is limited to apply for 1 position. The deadline for receiving resumes is December 17, 2021.
IV. Recruitment Procedures
(A) Qualification Review
The Human Resources Department will review the qualifications of candidates according to the recruitment conditions. The qualification examination is carried out throughout the whole process of public recruitment, and the applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. Anyone who provides false information or forges materials will be disqualified from applying for the job upon discovery. The person who has gone through the procedure of employment is canceled, I bear all the consequences arising from this.
(B) preliminary examination
The preliminary examination contains a written test and section interview. Written test content for the relevant professional knowledge. Take a closed-book approach, full of 100 points, delineate the passing score line of 60 points. Qualified written test is determined to participate in the section interview candidates. (C) retest
The retest is based on a percentage system, and the candidates are assessed by the hospital interview examiner. The time and place of the retest will be announced. The results of the preliminary examination and the retest are weighted according to 40% and 60% of the total score.
(D) physical examination and publicity
According to the comprehensive results of the ranking, according to the ratio of 1:1 to determine the candidates to participate in the physical examination. Physical examination standards refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Employment in the Civil Service (Trial)". If there is a vacancy in each recruitment position, the employing department and the hospital will decide whether to carry on the postponement. After the approval of the President's Office and the Party Committee of the hospital, the proposed candidates who have passed both the examination and physical examination will be publicized in the hospital for seven working days. No objection to the publicity in accordance with the relevant provisions of the entry procedures.
V. Treatment
