Job responsibilities of product development designers

1 Responsibility: 1. Responsible for drawing 2D drawings, 3D data, summarizing standards, reviewing and drafting technical requirements and control plans for new products; 2. Responsible for solving the technical problems of new product development, product identification and process identification in the development process, including quality improvement after mass production; 3. Be responsible for product process development, and assist the project manager in trial production of new products and evaluation and approval of dimension measurement; 4. Be responsible for forming the technical requirements of customers into company documents and transmitting them to relevant departments, such as BOM, feature list, flow chart, FMEA, control plan, test outline, etc. 5. Responsible for compiling and summarizing OTS related documents and PPAP data of the project; 6. Be responsible for the internal and external appearance and function examination and approval of products; 7. Participate in the design review of molds, fixtures and tooling equipment, and put forward optimization schemes for problems in manufacturing tracking; 8. Participate in the development of fixture, put forward the design and production requirements of fixture and revise the technical agreement, and cooperate with the recognition and evaluation of fixture, fixture and equipment; 9. Be responsible for technical exchanges and communication with customers, and solve the quality problems existing in the product development process; 10. Participate in periodic product review; Requirements: Mechanical or electromechanical, automobile and other professional working experience: 3 years or above related working experience in auto parts industry, other skills, language, computer, etc. Good English is preferred. Ability and quality: communication ability, problem-solving ability, teamwork. Scope of understanding: familiar with IATF 16949 quality system; Familiar with APQP and other five manuals, familiar with product technology and other professional knowledge: familiar with injection molding, hardware, assembly and other molding processes; Able to operate 3D/2D software, such as AutoCAD/ UG/CATIA. Responsibilities: l Assist the technical manager to develop new products of the company; L responsible for the design and identification of composite gas cylinders; L Responsible for the finite element analysis of composite cylinders, providing support for the design and process optimization of composite cylinders; L responsible for the optimization of carbon fiber winding, aluminum alloy stretching, spinning, necking and heat treatment. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or mechanical related; L have a strong interest in product research and development; L working experience is preferred, and excellent undergraduate graduates are also acceptable; L can use drawing software such as CAD or solidworks; Experience in finite element analysis is preferred; 3 Responsibility: 1. Develop new suppliers according to product development direction, maintain supplier relationship and evaluate supplier performance; 2. Responsible for collecting and sorting out product information and market information, and making effective market planning; 3. Develop new products according to the needs of competitors and customers; 4. Complete the product line sales business issued by the company, update the product line products and prices in time, and complete the procurement task in time at the most reasonable cost. Qualification 1, bachelor degree or above, major in biomedicine and science and engineering is preferred, CET-4 or above, interested in wide e-commerce; 2, familiar with the development process of medical devices, with basic knowledge of medical electronics and medical device development; 3.
