Mainly: structural contradictions and institutional obstacles are still outstanding, the level of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural industrialization is low, and the stamina of economic development is insufficient; Some enterprise mechanisms are not active, and their core competitiveness and ability to cope with market risks are not strong; The contradiction between employment and reemployment is prominent; The expansion of low-income groups in cities and towns makes it difficult for farmers to increase their income. These problems have become an important factor affecting and restricting the accelerated economic development of our city. Facing the current grim situation, we should observe calmly and make scientific judgments.
