Mineral water treatment equipment
1. Prepare a clean plastic container and two hoses in advance. Connect the 1 hose to the water inlet of the booster pump and the other hose to the water outlet of the main engine.
2. Put a certain amount of clean water into the container, then pour 1 part of reverse osmosis membrane cleaning agent, and fully stir.
3. Turn the reverse osmosis device switch to manual position.
4. Adjust the booster pump switch to the manual position, and the main engine will automatically start cleaning the first layer of membrane. After cleaning for one hour, turn off the power supply.
5, after downtime, according to the normal working conditions to restore the pipeline.
6. The reverse osmosis membrane system needs to be cleaned for 30 minutes.
7. Excessive residual chlorine content will decompose the reverse osmosis membrane and shorten its service life. In order to avoid damaging membrane elements, the residual chlorine content must be detected once a week.
8. When the residual chlorine content exceeds 0. 1PPm, the activated carbon filter material should be replaced in time.
9. The filter element in the precision filter needs to be replaced regularly.
In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of mineral water treatment equipment, users are advised to adopt correct methods for maintenance, prolong the service life of the equipment, ensure that the effluent quality meets the drinking standards, and provide protection for people's drinking water health.
