Office

Assisting the leadership of the center is responsible for the coordination of administration, party affairs and business management; drafting and printing of comprehensive materials; management of the center's personnel, funds, property property, archives and employee titles, wages, benefits and entitlements; publicity and education, comprehensive governance, family planning and external coordination work.

Contribution Declaration and Approval Section

Expansion of basic medical insurance, work injury insurance, maternity insurance, and large medical fee coordination and collection of large medical fees; establishment of basic information electronic files on insured units and insured employees; acceptance of contribution declaration, contribution approval, and annual contribution payroll transformation of the insured units and related data entry; acceptance of changes in the registration of the insured units, deregistration, and increase in the number of insured units such as the change of the insured employees. It also accepts the change and deregistration of the insured units and the increase and decrease of the business such as the change of the employees of the insured units; receives the fund return slip and reconciliation of the return, and establishes the electronic account of the fund collection.

Residents' Health Insurance Section

Expansion and collection of residents' health insurance premiums, establishment of electronic files of basic information of insured persons, acceptance of declaration of contributions of insured persons, and entry of data related to the approval of contributions. Configuration of individual accounts of insured employees, interest accrual of individual accounts; cancellation of cards of deceased employees, transfer and inheritance of residual funds; acceptance of IC card value ringing and personal information inquiries.

Workers' Compensation Insurance Section

Measuring and calculating the floating rate of workers' compensation insurance; accepting the declaration of work-related accidents; participating in the on-site investigation of work-related accidents; prevention of work-related accidents, treatment of work-related accidents, rehabilitation management and review of work-related compensation.

Fund Management Section

Preparing the budgets of medical, industrial injury, maternity and other insurance funds; registering the income and expenditure details of the insurance fund; reconciling the accounts with the finance and the bank; applying for the allocation of funds from the financial account to the expenditure account and paying for the insurance costs; preparing the financial statements of the fund for the month, quarter, half a year and the year, and submitting the statements to the public; and summarizing the accounting vouchers. Accepting the audit and settlement of medical expenses for general outpatient services, special chronic disease outpatient services, hospitalization (including large medical expenses) of designated medical institutions, medical expenses of relocated personnel and medical expenses of designated retail pharmacies, and the entry of relevant data; responsible for the calculation of the settlement standard for hospitalization of designated medical institutions and the annual calculation of medical expenses.

Medical Management Section

Responsible for the medical management of medical, work-related injury and maternity insurance, it establishes electronic files on the basic information of designated medical institutions and designated retail pharmacies as well as the basic electronic files of patients who are entitled to chronic disease treatment; selects designated medical institutions and retail pharmacies within the scope of medical institutions and retail pharmacies that have obtained the qualification of designated medical institutions and retail pharmacies; draws up and concludes the medical service agreement; and conducts the review and settlement of medical expenses of designated medical institutions and designated retail pharmacies in accordance with the "Three Catalogs". The company also supervises and manages the implementation of the "three catalogs" by the designated medical institutions, and reduces unreasonable medical fees for diagnostic and treatment items and drug items; supervises the implementation of medical insurance policies by the designated medical institutions and retail pharmacies; conducts spot checks and assessments of the "two designated" medical institutions on a regular basis; participates in the annual comprehensive assessment; accepts applications from insured employees for the "two designated" medical institutions and retail pharmacies. Annual comprehensive assessment; acceptance of insured employees' medical complaints, coordination of doctor-patient conflicts; acceptance of referrals, transfer approval, approval of the purchase of medicines.

Computer Information Management Section

Hardware maintenance and upgrading of computer management system; maintenance of network and terminal equipment; data maintenance and unified development of software; training of computer staff of relevant units; statistics, data analysis and reporting of various types of data on medical, occupational injury and maternity insurance.
