How to reduce equipment failure rate

Improvement from the following aspects:

1, maintenance and maintenance system (MP maintenance prevention, PM preventive maintenance, CM equipment improvement, BM failure repair);

2, quality of spare parts, quality of energy, outsourcing projects to improve the quality of management;

3, maintenance, maintenance skills improvement.

TPM speaks of five, encompassed in three areas, but should be based on the cause of plant failure to do the actual control. But the above three aspects must be within it.
