Article 7 All male citizens aged 20 to 50 years old and female citizens aged 20 to 45 years old , all those who meet the conditions for blood donation should fulfill their obligation to donate blood.
Article 8 Citizens who meet the conditions for blood donation may donate blood once every five years, or may donate blood multiple times voluntarily.
