In a few months of learning and exercise process, I found that I have some problems and deficiencies, mainly in the first, the performance of the skill level is not skilled enough, and some very good customer resources, there was the possibility of cooperation, but they can not be well targeted to the customer to develop business programs. Secondly, the existing customer resources, not be able to good deep digging fine planing, for their own target customer groups have not been able to find suitable intervention opportunities. Third, some of the work is not enough to do too detailed, some work coordination is not very in place.
The fourth quarter has stepped into, for the above prominent problems, I will strive to maximize efforts to do the following points, first, strengthen learning, improve skills, only with a perfect level of business skills, to carry out the business can be handy, ease of use. Secondly, while doing my job well, I will actively market and update my concepts, and strive to make better performance to return to China Merchants Bank with a good mindset and sense of responsibility.
