Experimental method of coal assay equipment

1. Whole water (Mt)

Weigh the coal sample below 6mm 10~12g accurate to 0.001g, put it into the blower drying oven which is warmed up to 105~110 degrees beforehand, dry the anthracite for 3 hours, take out the bituminous coal after drying it for 2 hours, and then put it into the desiccator for 15 minutes after cooling it in the air for about 5 minutes and then weighing it (if there is no desiccator, the sample will be cooled down to room temperature).

Whole water = (mass of the reduced portion / sample weight)*100

2. Analyzed water (Mad)

Weighing coal samples of 0.2 mm or less 1 gram accurate to 0.0001 grams, put into the blower drying oven beforehand warmed up to 105 ~ 110 degrees Celsius, anthracite drying for 1.5 hours, bituminous drying for 1 hour and then take out.

Analyzed water = (reduced part of the mass / specimen weight)*100

3. Ash (Aad)

Turn on the high temperature furnace power supply, press the "Options" key to make the "item" display "2 Then press "Start" and "Silence", "Program" display "1". "The instrument automatically heats up to 850 degrees Celsius and the alarm is activated when "Program" displays "2"

Weigh a coal sample of 0.2mm or less in a gray dish, 1g to 0.0001g

4. Volatile fraction (Vad)
