(1) The verification period (validity period) of measuring instruments shall be implemented according to the verification period specified in the metrological verification regulations, and the verification personnel shall not adjust it at will;
(2) The recommended calibration interval for the calibration of measuring instruments can be divided into three situations: first, the calibration is carried out with reference to the metrological verification regulations, and the recommended calibration interval is implemented according to the verification cycle specified in the metrological verification regulations; The second is to calibrate according to JJF calibration specification, and implement it according to the recalibration interval specified in the calibration specification; Thirdly, if the calibration is carried out according to the product standard or product technical conditions, the calibrator first determines the initial calibration interval according to JJF1KLOC-0/39-2005 Principles and Methods for Determining the Verification Period of Measuring Instruments, and then adjusts the interval according to the later calibration results (for example, according to the "incremental response adjustment method").
For the benefit of the company, some customers often request to adjust the verification period or calibration interval, and we will handle it according to the following principles:
(1) The customer requests to shorten the time interval, because considering that the period we execute is the longest verification period allowed by laws and regulations, the customer may use it frequently, and we can agree to his request to shorten the time interval;
(2) If the customer requests an extension of the verification period, we should publicize the spirit of document 1998. The seriousness of the [2000] 182 Maintenance Metrology Verification Regulation issued by the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision;
③. If the customer requests to extend the interval of recalibration, it is necessary to check the calibration results of measuring instruments in recent years, especially if the first calibration is qualified (that is, qualified without any adjustment), and then the interval of recalibration can be adjusted according to JJF 1 139-2005 Principles and Methods for Determining the Verification Period of Measuring Instruments, otherwise it is impossible to agree to adjust the interval. If the customer insists on adjustment, there is only one way, that is, not to indicate the recalibration time interval in the measurement calibration report, so that the customer can freely determine its time interval in the management system.
