In a word, in a short period of three months, I personally think that some achievements have been made, but there is still a big gap between the requirements of leaders and self-requirements. Since I joined the company on xx, with the support of leaders at all levels and the cooperation of various departments, I quickly integrated into the team and organized the production work in a short time. Since May, the production department has started to work in two shifts, the number of employees has increased by half, and the management foundation of the production system (as a whole) has become relatively weak. Because the staff just came up from the lower level, the situation from the monitor to the production supervisor is novice (including myself), so the work progress is quite slow and there are many problems. The improvement of management is not like the increase of output, which can be solved by increasing manpower. On the contrary, they all develop in inverse proportion. During the three-month work, the following tasks were mainly completed:
1. It is very important for me to complete the production tasks assigned by the Ministry of Foreign Trade as planned and ensure the smooth completion of export requirements and market orders.
2. Under the condition of nonstandard technology, weak quality control and technology level, we organized the production department to produce more than 600,000 machines, which well cooperated with the export requirements and temporary changes of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, overcame the difficulties and obstacles in production, and assumed a series of troubles and troubles caused by the mistakes of other departments (each department should take its own responsibilities).
3. Under the overall organizational requirements of xx, the organizational process of personnel in the production department has been gradually improved, and appropriate fine-tuning has been made from the aspects of structure and work distribution, achieving the goal of "everyone is in charge of everything". Now, initial results have been achieved, but this emerging team still needs constant running-in. For next year's development plan, we also need to hire some management talents and inject some fresh blood.
4. According to the needs of production development, continuously establish and improve production management systems and processes, standardize and dredge the management status of "disrupting wars", guide them to an orderly, balanced, planned and controlled track, establish management processes or regulations such as quota acquisition system, exception handling procedures, first machine sample sealing process of finished products, and evaluation methods for production plan implementation, and simultaneously compile and implement some supporting management reports.
5. Strengthen the communication and coordination between the production department and various departments, reasonably decompose the market pressure and production pressure to relevant departments and personnel, and strive to establish an efficient, pragmatic and responsible production team through the implementation of responsibilities (many problems to be solved were not well exposed before I came, and everyone felt embarrassed), and carry out targeted transformation and promotion from the awareness and concept of personnel, which is the most important part of my work.
