5. Construction accident insurance.
Construction enterprises should complete the insurance procedures before the project starts. 2. Working procedures

7. Accident investigation
(1) Investigation of Grade I and II accidents

(2) The accident management department is responsible for the investigation of level III accidents, and employees must fill in the accident investigation report form within 2 days.

8. Accident handling

(2) In any of the following circumstances, the relevant leaders shall be held accountable. A) Accidents caused by unsafe hidden dangers have not been studied and solved; B) Due to imperfect operating procedures, employees have no rules to follow, resulting in accidents;
C) Failing to provide safety education to employees as required or failing to pass the three-level safety education and training, thus causing accidents; d
) Failing to take measures because the equipment runs beyond the maintenance period or the equipment is defective, resulting in an accident; E) The working environment is unsafe and no measures are taken, resulting in accidents.
(3) In any of the following circumstances, the responsible person or relevant personnel shall be investigated for responsibility:
A) Accidents caused by illegal command, illegal operation and risky operation; B) Due to dereliction of duty, violation of the responsibility system for production safety and operating rules, resulting in accidents; c
) Disobeying management, violating labor discipline, absent without leave, and starting equipment without authorization, causing accidents; d
Failing to report immediately and take active measures when finding an emergency that is in danger of accidents, so that accidents cannot be avoided or losses cannot be reduced; E) Failing to report the accident in time according to this system.
(4) In any of the following circumstances, the relevant personnel shall be given a heavier punishment:
A) Failing to report the accident, making a false report or deliberately delaying the report; B) In the accident investigation, concealing the truth of the accident, practicing fraud or framing others;
C) After the accident, due to irresponsibility, failure to actively organize rescue or rescue, leading to the expansion of the accident; d

(6) Those who are responsible for accidents that violate the law shall be investigated for criminal responsibility by public security organs according to law.
(7) For serious accidents, the company's safety and environmental protection office should issue a notice to let employees learn from it.
(8) The accident treatment results and corresponding records shall be submitted to the Safety and Environmental Protection Office for summary and preservation, and accident files shall be established.
