What are the accommodation conditions and charges of the school?
Accommodation fees are charged for 10 months per year, excluding summer and winter vacations. There are different types of dormitories from 4 to 6 rooms, which will be determined by the school when the new students arrive at the school. 3,000RMB/year for 4-5 rooms and 2,000RMB/year for 6 rooms. When new students make online payment of tuition and fees, they can first pay the accommodation fee at RMB 3,000/year. If the actual dormitory is not 3000RMB/year, the overpayment will be refunded. In principle, new students will only stay in the campus residence for one year, and will be relocated to the Neusoft Town student residence before the start of the second academic year.

What should I do if I forget my key?

What should I do if I have visitors? How to deal with the items moved in and out?
Visitors are not allowed to enter the living area at will. If they want to enter the living area, they need to verify and register at the security kiosk under their jurisdiction before they can enter; if they have moved in or out items, they need to verify and confirm at the security kiosk under their jurisdiction. Students who want to receive registered letters, postcards and remittance slips must present their ID cards or student cards at the Property Management Office in A108 of the Academic Building. If you need to send a letter, you can go to the mailbox in Building A.
When you send a courier, you can go to the Rookie Station opposite to McDonald's, the courier street in the Sunshine Online Plaza, or contact the operators of the courier companies by yourself. You can fill in the address of Guangdong Neusoft College or the Rookie Station of Sunshine Online Plaza in Nanhai University Town, and the courier will be placed directly in the Rookie Station for you to collect.
