Working Principle of Variable Pressure Adsorption Nitrogen Generator

Variable pressure adsorption nitrogen machine is based on the principle of variable pressure adsorption, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent, in a certain mechanical effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the carbon molecular sieve microporous is much greater than nitrogen, in the adsorption has not reached the equilibrium, nitrogen in the gas phase is enriched, the formation of finished product nitrogen gas. Then the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities to realize regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower adsorbs nitrogen and the other tower desorbs and regenerates, which are automatically controlled by PLC program to make the two towers circulate alternately to realize the purpose of continuous production of high-quality nitrogen. Under pressure, the purified and dried compressed air is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under reduced pressure in the adsorber.

Process description:

Air compression part: air compressor, air storage tank;

Air purification part: high-efficiency oil remover, precision filter, compressed air dryer, air buffer tank, activated carbon filter;

Nitrogen generator main machine part: adsorption tower, PLC controller, nitrogen dust filter, nitrogen storage tank, compressed air as raw material and motive power, through the variable pressure adsorption to obtain the purity of 95% ~ 99.9995% nitrogen. 99.9995% nitrogen;

Nitrogen purification part: use the carbon-carrying purification device (hydrogenation purification device) to purify 99.9% of the general nitrogen, and get the high purity nitrogen (99.999% to 99.9995%).
