Labor capacity appraisal refers to the degree of labor dysfunction and the degree of self-care obstacles to the level of appraisal, labor dysfunction is divided into ten levels of disability, the heaviest for the first level, the lightest for the tenth level. The following factors should be taken into account in determining the degree of disability: medical dependence; organ damage; functional impairment; impairment of self-care; and others.

4.1.4 Medical Dependence
Medical Dependence Determination Grading:
a. Special Medical Dependence refers to the fact that after being disabled by work injury, one has to undergo lifelong treatment by special medicines, special medical equipments or devices;
b. General Medical Dependence refers to the fact that after being injured and disabled, one still needs to undergo long-term or long-term treatment by special medical equipments or devices;
b. The general medical dependence is that the work injury is still required to receive long-term or lifelong drug treatment after the disability.
4.1.5 Impairment of self-care
The scope of self-care mainly includes the following five items:
a. Eating: completely unable to eat on their own, and need to rely on the help of others;
b. Turning over: not able to turn over on their own;
c. Urination and defecation: not able to move on their own, and need to rely on the help of others to defecate;
d. Dressing and washing: unable to dress and wash by herself, totally dependent on others for help;
e. Autonomous movement: unable to walk around on her own.
There are three levels of nursing dependence:
a. Complete self-care disorder: completely unable to take care of oneself, all five items above need nursing care;
b. Mostly self-care disorder: unable to take care of oneself for most of the time, needing nursing care for three or four out of the five items above;
c. Partial self-care disorder: partially unable to take care of oneself, needing nursing care for one or two out of the five items above. One or two of the five items above require nursing care.
