When there is no special requirement for temperature and humidity in the 10,000-class clean workshop, it is advisable to wear clean work clothes without feeling comfortable, and the temperature in winter is generally controlled at 20 ~ 22℃; 24 ~ 26℃ in summer; Fluctuation 2℃. The humidity of the clean room is controlled at 30-50% in winter and 50-70% in summer.
7. Power distribution: the general illumination value of the main production rooms in the clean room (area) should be ≥ 300lx; Illumination values of auxiliary studio, personnel purification room, material purification room, air lock room, corridor, etc. It should be 200~300Lx.
8. Noise control
(1) During the dynamic test, the noise level in the 10000 clean room should not exceed 70 dB A. ..
(2) During static test, the noise level of the 10,000-level turbulent clean room should not be greater than 60 dB A. ..
In addition, the equipment in the ceiling of the 10,000-class dust-free workshop must be high enough.
