Cutting fluid wastewater treatment method

Cutting fluid wastewater treatment methods: four categories: physical treatment, chemical treatment, biological treatment and combustion treatment.

1. Physical treatment: The purpose is to separate the suspended matter in the furnace (referring to cutting chips, grinding powder, oil particles, etc. with a particle diameter of more than 10 μm) from the aqueous solution. The method is: The following three types: sedimentation separation and flotation separation using the difference in specific gravity between suspended matter and water. Centrifugal separation using a centrifugal device. Processing of fine suspended particles or colloidal particles (substances with particle sizes of 0.01 to 10 μm) that have not been physically separated, or chemical treatment of harmful components in the waste liquid to turn them into harmless substances.

3. Biological treatment: The purpose of biological treatment is to treat organic matter (such as organic amines, non-ionic active agents, polyols, etc.) in the waste liquid that is difficult to remove by physical and chemical treatment. The representative methods include the bacterial sludge method and the bulk water filter bed method. The bacterial sludge method is to mix the bacterial sludge (microbial multiplication body) with the waste liquid for aeration, and use microorganisms to decompose and treat harmful substances in the waste liquid ( Organic matter). The bulk water filter bed method uses microorganisms to decompose the organic matter in the waste liquid when the waste liquid flows through the filter material packed bed (filter bed, surface) covered by microorganisms.

4. Combustion treatment : There are direct incineration method and "evaporation concentration method" in which the waste liquid is evaporated and concentrated and then burned.
