Turntable bearing is a kind of large bearing with special structure that can bear large axial load, radial load and tilting moment at the same time and other comprehensive loads, set support, rotation, transmission, fixed and other functions in one.
Turntable bearings are usually composed of four major components, such as inner ring, outer ring, rolling element and isolation block. Because the core component adopts slewing bearing, so it can bear axial force and radial force at the same time. There are many forms, but the structural composition is basically similar.

01 series turntable bearings
Single row four-point contact ball turntable bearings are composed of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, steel ball, isolation block, compact structure, light weight, four-point contact between steel ball and circular arc raceway, which can withstand axial force and radial force at the same time. Rotary conveyor, welding operator, small and medium-sized cranes and excavators and other construction machinery can be selected.
02 series turntable bearings
Double rows of ball type turntable bearings have three seating rings, steel balls and isolation blocks can be directly discharged into the upper and lower races, according to the force conditions, the arrangement of the upper and lower rows of steel balls of different diameters. This kind of open type assembly is very convenient, the bearing angle of upper and lower circular raceways are 90°, which can bear great axial force and tilting moment. When the radial force is greater than 0,1 times the axial force, the raceway must be specially designed. The axial and radial dimensions of double-row reducer ball slewing bearing are relatively large, and the structure is tight. It is especially suitable for tower cranes, truck cranes and other loading and unloading machines which require more than medium diameter.
Single-row crossed roller slewing bearings
Single-row crossed roller slewing bearings, consisting of two seat rings, compact structure, light weight, high manufacturing precision, small assembly clearance, high requirements for the installation accuracy, the rollers for the 1:1 cross-arrangement, can withstand the axial force, tilting moments and large radial force, is widely used in lifting and transportation, engineering machinery and military products.
Three rows of roller turntable bearings
Three rows of roller turntable bearings have three rings, upper and lower and radial raceways are separated, so that the load of each row of rollers can be accurately determined. Able to withstand a variety of loads at the same time, is the largest bearing capacity of the four products, shaft, radial dimensions are larger, solid structure, especially for heavy machinery requiring a larger diameter, such as bucket wheel excavators, wheeled cranes, marine cranes, harbor cranes, steel running table and large tonnage truck cranes and other machinery.
